Blog: Eye related devices for the WHO Priority Assistive Products List
I am working with the World Health Organisation (WHO) on their Priority Assistive Products List to ensure that all the eye related devices feature on the Standard List. The WHO estimates that over one billion people need one or more assistive products. The majority of these are older people and people with disabilities.
However, many of the devices are not affordable so I am working with a number of manufactures and the WHO to ensure that devices are affordable and accessible to people with disabilities in low income countries.
If you require further information or you are a manufacturer interested in discussing your devices with me, please contact me via this link.
