The IAPB Standard List website incorporates Disqus, to manage comments and build a community (that bit is in your hands).

Disqus has all the features you would expect to find in a modern commenting system. It allows for real-time discussions, with upvotes/downvotes, threaded replies, recommendations and more. Disqus works across all devices and taps into a larger community (you can use your disqus profile from other sites, if you already have one).
